Step 1: Appointment Booking

Step 2: Preparation 

One to two days before the scheduled visit, ensure you have all the necessary medications on hand before the nurse's arrival. 

Step 3: Injection Administration 

On the day of the scheduled visit, our nurse will arrive at your home punctually to administer the injection. 

Step 4: Post-Injection Care 

Receive guidance on post-injection care and any follow-up instructions from our nurse to ensure optimal recovery.

Here’s our Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your appointment, kindly ensure that all cancellation requests are made within 5 working days of your purchase and at least 3 working days prior to your scheduled appointment.

In the event that Zora Health is unable to provide the service at the requested date, our team is entitled to cancel the appointment at our discretion with sufficient notice to the customer at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled date.
