How to use

Step 1: Pre-Test Preparations 

Before beginning the test, it's important to abstain from any sexual activity for a period of 3 to 7 days. This ensures that the specimen's quality is optimal for an accurate assessment of sperm concentration.

Step 2: Collect the Semen 

Collect the semen in the collection cup provided, taking care to avoid contamination. 

Step 3: Prepare The Sample 

Gently shake the collected semen and leave the cup to stand at room temperature for 1 hour until it liquefies. Avoid using it if it has been more than 12 hours.

Remove the test cassette from its foil pouch and place it horizontally on a flat surface. Then, draw 0.1ml of semen into the semen transfer device and release it in the vial of sample dilution buffer provided. Turn the vial upside down 5-10 times to ensure the semen sample and test solution are mixed well. 

Step 4: Test The Semen

Hold the diluted solution upright and open the cap of the specimen collection tube. Invert to release 2 full drops of the mixture into the specimen well of the test cassette. Make sure there are no air bubbles present. 

Step 5: Read The Results 

Wait for 5 minutes before reading the results. Avoid interpreting the test results after 10 minutes or more have passed.
